Ok so what to say about Hannah and Dale our next couple…. not sure where to start… these guys contacted us in October last year and we had a few emails back and forth however it wasn’t till we met them in our studio in February of this year that we realised how crazy Hannah was….. Hannah is a Wedding co ordinator in the UK so was extremely organised so much so we were given our own Wedding pack at the meeting…. She was so on the ball and so full of life… Dale just agreed with it all.
We arrived with Hannah to find hair and make up was all done and she was so excited, the villa was buzzing as she had 8 bridesmaids….yes eight!! Joanna was her maid of honour, then she had Rachel and Zara (who was Hannah’s Sisters) Paige, Anastasia, Lydia and Nadine and Rose who were Dales sisters. Hannah’s Mum Maria was also in amongst them all and was so welcoming and warm to us and helped her daughter get into her stunning Wedding dress.
And Hannha’s Shoes….. Just Wow! Hannah was going to fly down the Isle as her shoes had wings…Loved um!
Once Hannah, her eight bridesmaids and Mum was ready we left them and headed off to meet Dale who was waiting patiently for his bride at the stunning location Senhora da Rocha (Lady of the Rock) the couple had booked Patricia and Carin from Glamour Weddings who were doing the finishing touches to the stunning set up and getting the guests seated.
Before we knew it Hannah’s bridesmaid were all walking down towards the ceremony followed by Hannah and Dad and she was smiling for ear to ear, and as Dale looked round and saw his bride there were a few tears, it was an emotional time for everyone.
It was a lovely ceremony and as soon as they were announced husband and wife dale grabbed hannah and kissed his wife for the first time.
Then they made the walk down the Isle with their friends and family through confetti, we always love this shot.
After the ceremony everyone headed for the Ice cream Bike, Lauren was there form Scoop handing out her delicious ice creams and yes the JHP Team had to have one.
Now with 8 bridesmaids I had to grab them all for a fun shot at the ceremony location and they even got up on the wall to pose, must admit a few of them were a bit nervous about doing it but they did it! Sorry ladies 🙂
Whilst their friends and family left to go to the reception we kept Hannah and Dale for a quick one to one session on the Rock where we let them have some time together whilst the drone, video and photography team captured the moment.
And with Hannah having such a long veil how could we not make the most of it.
The couple left the Lady of the Rock in their own Car that Dale had driven over and we could see how much they loved it, they have planned to travel Europe in it after the wedding for their Honeymoon, we just loved the way it was decorated… and they drove away with the sound of tin cans behind them.
The couple headed off to join their family and friends at the Vidamar Resort where they were having the cocktail hour and Wedding breakfast, it was a lovely afternoon and at Sunset we walked onto the sand and had some fun with Hannah and Dale whilst the sun was setting behind them, then it was back for the cutting of the cake and their first dance where family and friends let off glitter canons, made the team jump but made some awesome photos (first image).
We would like to wish Hannah and Dale an amazing future together and thank all their friends an family for making us all feel so welcome, enjoy your Europe trip and hope to catch up with you both again.
